How are the positions of eye lifting screws arranged?

Eye lifting screws are generally installed at the exact top center of components or symmetrically arranged for lifting purposes; they can also be symmetrically arranged on both sides. During design, ensure their safe load capacity is sufficient to lift the entire component.

Cover lifting screws are a type of jacking screws used for disassembly, usually one among a set of screws but longer than others. When all other screws are loosened and this one is tightened, components like covers can be separated from their original positions. Locating pins serve for positioning, generally arranged to ensure alignment of key positions. Eye lifting screws should typically be placed away from areas where fastening bolts bear heavy loads such as quadrants, pin holes should not be through holes, and consideration should be given to whether pins require disassembly.

Oil level indicators are arranged vertically, with their lowest point not less than 10% to 15% of the oil tank height. Oil plugs are for oil filling or draining, arranged in areas with no significant impact on the structure.

The arrangement of inspection holes depends on specific purposes. Vent caps are installed on the top of oil tanks, with a larger diameter than the inlet pipe and elbow ends to prevent debris from falling in.
