Eye lifting screws are widely used in machinery and equipment of key industries and infrastructure projects including ports, electric power, steel, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, mining, railways, construction, metallurgical chemicals, automobile manufacturing, plastic machinery, industrial control, highways, heavy cargo transportation, pipeline laying, slope tunnels, shaft treatment and protection, maritime rescue, marine engineering, airport construction, bridges, aviation, aerospace and venues.

Surface treatment of eye lifting screws: CORRUD-DT, which has corrosion resistance at least 20 times stronger than ordinary galvanizing. External thread length "H"; the bolt is fixed with other parts, and bolts of the same quality grade must be selected for replacement, usually made of 304 stainless steel.

Eye lifting screws are formed by warm quenching forging, followed by normalizing treatment and oxide scale removal; forgings are free from overheating and crack defects; all eye lifting screws undergo hardness testing with hardness values ranging from HRB 67 to 95.

Eye lifting screws must be installed vertically on the workpiece plane with a flat and tight joint surface during use. They must be adjusted to the tensile direction, and the screws should avoid contact with sharp-edged objects.
